I also offer full virtual support for clients anywhere.

I often visit clients’ offices to work directly on their accounting systems and to discuss business matters in person. For clients using online systems like QuickBooks or Quicken, I can typically work remotely from my office, with visits or phone consultations as needed.

Yes, I provide an engagement letter that outlines the services I will perform, the responsibilities of both parties, and the agreed-upon fee. This ensures clarity and helps prevent any misunderstandings.

My bookkeeping fees are influenced by the unique aspects of your business, such as its complexity and transaction volume, as well as the frequency of support you require. In Northern California, my bookkeeping services typically range from $250 to $1,500 per month, or $65 to $85 per hour. Once your bookkeeping routine is established, I usually offer a flat monthly fee, providing you with predictable costs. I also provide one-time project-based pricing for clean-up work and additional services.
